Our thorough project management process ensures we have a sound understanding of your every functional and aesthetic need, the spatial and leasing parameters of your premises, and agreed-upon progress milestones, so together, we can deliver a personalized furnished office space on time and on budget.

Furniture Showrooms/Spec’ing

As part of this process, Jefferson Group’s team will coordinate showroom tours so you can evaluate brands, styles and configurations based on your specific requirements.

Furniture Fit-Out & Leveling

An experienced member from our team will work with your company to create an exact furnishings package to fit your floorplan, timeline and budget, with an attractive, efficient space plan to complement your corporate image and enhance productivity.

Based on our experience, we’ll perform a furniture leveling on your behalf.  In this process, we evaluate multiple furniture brands, their individual features, and the overall product longevity to be sure your firm is making the best investment.

Furniture Selection

Colors, materials, finishes and accents all combine with your overall design theme, and utilizing AutoCAD/CAP Software, we produce floor plans, isometrics and elevation drawings to visualize your new work environment.

Your finished space comes to life as we produce beautiful, realistic renderings showing the furniture, flooring and walls you’ve selected!

Trade Coordination

Jefferson’s project management team coordinates the furniture portion of your project, ensuring vital communication at project meetings, progress reports and timely delivery of your finished office space.

Communication between all parties is essential every step of the way, as Jefferson Group works closely with your IT manager, architect, the site contractors and building landlord to be sure we are achieving all milestones on the timeline.

As furniture is produced we monitor schedules, delivery dates and actual space readiness to ensure that your project stays on track for success!

Site Coordination

As your space comes together and installation of your furniture begins, we’ll request a walk through with you during the installation – it give you a chance to see our progress and potentially make any last minute position or location adjustments.

As we wrap up the installation and get ready for your staff, IT wiring and electrical connections are made by the respective trades, power + data are tested, furniture is inspected and cleaned and final walkthroughs take place.

Jefferson Group’s project management team will maintain presence on site to ensure that the furniture is installed per the approved plan, functional and ready for Day 1.

Weekly Project Meetings, Site + Trade Coordination

Punch List + After Care Package

Jefferson Group will work closely with you after your move-in, to make sure any changes, new requests, and remaining items are wrapped up as quickly as possible. Our unique AFTER CARE ELITE PROGRAM will save you time and effort as we capture staff needs individually and then work through proactive solutions based on management feedback.

Your furniture investment is covered under protective warranties, Jefferson Group will issue copies of warranty documents and service any ongoing needs.

Post-project, we can continue to help you create more efficiencies to maintain your new space – offering reliability, accountability and the expert guidance our clients deserve and have come to expect.
