Rain Carbon Inc. is a global leader and innovator in producing raw materials critical to users of carbon products worldwide, with their corporate office in Stamford CT.
For this project, Jefferson Group teamed up with the architect and a feng shui expert to design the furniture layout and select the finishes and fabrics. Organic elements and curvilinear lines played a large part in the final design, incorporating multiple furniture brands, and providing a beautiful and functional environment.
The Reception area presents a fantastic first impression as you are greeted by warm, natural finishes and comfortable waiting areas. Accent pieces combined with corporate branding set the mood as you enter this ‘Feng Shui work of art! ‘
The private office furniture was manufactured using a custom-matched anigre maple veneer. With storage, whiteboards, guest, and meeting areas, these offices allow senior leadership great flexibility in their work styles.
The open office and pantry areas consist of a mix of height-adjustable workstation systems, bordered by soft seating, collaboration areas, eating tables, and bar height seating. Integrating seamlessly with the office space, these areas provide hubs to meet, work, and focus.
The boardroom table is a beautiful custom-made piece by Halcon with concealed drawers to house plug-in outlets keeping the marble top free from any penetrations. Surrounded by high back leather chairs and buffet, IT-friendly credenzas, this room is a masterpiece of design, technology, and furnishings.
Some of the lounge pieces are upholstered in a unique material called Celliant (by Designtex) – a textile backing that is clinically proven to harness and recycle a person’s energy, boosting wellbeing, circulation, thermo-regulation, and increased energy – naturally
powered by the human body.
