Keller Williams Prestige Properties decided to expand  their successful Stamford real estate office by adding a satellite office in Westport, CT.  Jefferson Group had furnished the Keller Williams Stamford office 7 years earlier, and Steve Scott, the Team Leader for Keller William Prestige Properties, felt it was great working with Ben Markham of Jefferson Group for that large project, so it made sense to go with us again.  

Keller Williams was expanding in the lower Fairfield County marketplace, with a dedicated focus on the luxury residential market.  They needed a base of operations for new hires in the Westport area, as well as space for remote agents from Stamford and other regions to utilize when they were in the area and needed a desk. 

Ben and Steve developed a layout that included an open plan, utilizing 25 spots for hot desking, 6 offices for huddle-space and dedicate desks, on-brand client meeting areas and a central social community area.

Using a continuous table top from Candex, Friant narrow leg base and 15″ high frosted glass screens, we created several elegant and clean hot desk areas.  Each work-area includes a hidden grommet for power and data connections.
