A respected Global Investment Firm with over 600 employees spread across 23 offices in 13 countries, chose Jefferson Group as the furnishings provider for their latest office upgrade.

Jefferson Group collaborated closely with the client and strategy, design, and construction team, Unispace, to translate the client’s vision into solutions for huddle rooms, lounge areas, pantry, boardroom, private offices, executive areas, library, and ancillary furniture. (This project recently won Gold in DRIVENxDESIGN’s New York’s 2020 Interior Design – Corporate & Commercial Award)

Meeting requirements for Aesthetics, Technology, Budget, and Timeline were all critical factors in selecting the furnishings for each area; final selections included Inscape workstations, Halcon conference, Nucraft private offices, Gunlocke huddle rooms, and Roche Bobois ancillary.

• All floor power feeds were coordinated and marked by Jefferson Group with the contracting and engineering team to meet precise standards.
• All finishes and furniture specs were chosen and finalized conjointly with design lead, end-user, and architect.
• Jefferson Group attended all sub-contractor meetings to ensure successful furniture implementation.
• The final result; a successful full-floor renovation for 400 employees with coordinated shutdowns, phasing, and installations.
