Aer Lingus

Aer Lingus Airlines engaged Jefferson Group to completely design and furnish their office space at 300 Jericho Quadrangle, Jericho, NY.

We worked closely with their staff, landlord, and architect to maximize the square footage and create functional and efficient layouts for each department.

Aer Lingus’s global vision for all interiors and buildings is set forth in the Aer Lingus brand identity system guidelines and maintaining consistency with this standard was critical. With this mandate, our design team suggested finishes, colors, and materials to ensure that the office space has a distinctly Aer Lingus feel, proclaims their Irishness, and created a restful and tranquil atmosphere.

Working within the budget and timeline, we selected appropriate furniture and seating for all the workstations, executive offices, collaboration areas, pantry, and conference spaces.

We designed a conference room setup that includes a foldable wall with whiteboard panels to allow flexibility for a combined large open space or two separate conference rooms. The conference tables have integrated power and IT connectivity, yet are easily moved and reconfigured as needed.

“As the Global Head of Guest Services at that time, I certainly enjoyed working with all members of Jefferson Group, their team worked well with all our internal department heads and successfully completed all phases of the project.

I appreciated the detailed attention to our design requests and the dedication to excellent project management overall, and certainly recommend Jefferson Group as an excellent business partner!”
